TRAINING FOR RETAILERS
You probably think every day about how to offer your customers more, better, and cheaper. But the answer often isn't more advertising – it's the skill of the people standing in front of the customer every day.
WHY TRAIN YOUR TEAM
Regular training gradually changes work habits and team culture. Customers notice it as a better offer, more helpfulness and friendliness – so they come back more often and buy more.
We build our training on years of hands-on experience and current techniques that deliver results in the everyday work of a shop – not theory for a drawer.
TOPIKA TRAINING CENTER
We run training as seminars and workshops across Slovenia, on-site at your business, or in online classrooms. Every session is tailored to the company or individual and built around concrete, real-world examples rather than general theory.

WORKSHOP OFFER
Picture a shop where customers literally swarm the shelves and buy up almost everything in stock. Sales grow day after day, and you can barely keep up with demand. Sounds too good to be true? In this workshop we show you how it becomes your everyday reality.
Customers are like wildlife – the smallest noise startles them, and they bolt to the competition. One badly handled complaint can cost you that customer for good. A well-handled one turns an unhappy customer into your most loyal advocate.
Many people think a smile and a polite greeting are enough. They're not. Real customer service lives in details a customer can't even name – but always notices.
Call or send a message – together we'll work out which workshop best fits your current challenge.
